Hello, I’m George — a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering you online sessions across the UK and internationally.

I work with adults who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to make sense of what they’re going through. This might be related to specific issues or a more general sense that something doesn’t feel right.

I provide a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental online space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with support and care from wherever you feel most at ease.

What I can help you with

People come to therapy for many different reasons, but often there is a shared experience of feeling caught in patterns that are difficult to shift alone. I support clients with:

  • Low self-esteem and confidence

  • Bereavement, grief, and loss

  • Trauma and emotional overwhelm

  • Identity and cultural experiences

  • Anger and emotional regulation

  • Relationship difficulties, separation, and divorce

  • Sexuality and self-understanding

  • Feeling unheard or disconnected from your voice

While these difficulties can look different for each person, they often share a sense of feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.

You don’t need to have a clear “reason” for coming to therapy—sometimes it’s enough to know that things don’t feel how you want them to.

How I work

My approach is relational and integrative, meaning I draw from different therapeutic models to meet you as an individual and adapt to what you are going through as things unfold.

Therapy with me is led by you and what feels important to bring to our sessions. Some sessions may feel more reflective, while others may involve exploring patterns or experiences in more depth. There is no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready.

At the heart of my work is a genuine, trusting relationship — one where you can feel safe enough to explore both past experiences and present challenges, and begin to move towards meaningful, lasting change.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can get a sense of how I work, ask any questions, and decide whether this feels right for you.

  • Over 3,000 hours of therapeutic experience
